I’m a first time customer of Quay- I ordered two pairs of sunglasses and one of the pairs was delivered crooked. I immediately contacted customer service to provide pictures and inquire about exchanging them for the same pair, because I loved them so much but they were sideways on my face. They basically told me they can’t do anything about it because they were “final sale” and told me to take them to a local eyewear store to get them adjusted myself.. I wouldn’t have purchased anything final sale if I knew the risk would be them delivered broken with know resolve.. don’t waste your time ordering them from this website. Any other 3rd party, physical store or even Amazon would have better customer service. Never again

Unfortunately I ordered these glasses from the Danielle Guizio website. The sunglasses are uncomfortable on my head. I attempted to return them but unlike here on QUAY, Danielle Guizio does not accept returns on sunglasses. QUAY shouldn't do collaborations with designers that won't honor their return policy.
